The full-day Merzouga KTM tour begins with a morning pickup from your hotel or riad in Merzouga. Your experienced guide will warmly welcome you and escort you to your starting point. Upon arrival, the guide will ensure that you are equipped with all necessary safety gear, including helmets, gloves and protective clothing. He or she will also provide you with essential information on traffic laws.
Once prepared, you will set off on your exciting KTM ride to the dunes of Erg Chebbi. As you cross the desert, you will pass through a quaint Berber settlement, which will offer you the opportunity to stop and talk with the locals. Along the way, you will meet a nomadic family living in tents in the middle of the vast desert. Here you will have a chance to appreciate their rich culture while enjoying a cup of traditional Moroccan tea.
Around noon, a delicious lunch will be served at a traditional Berber restaurant located in the village of Kamilia, known for its predominantly sub-Saharan African heritage.
